We can deliver your device to any address in Japan. You can even select delivery
time. There will be a 550 JPY (tax included) service fee for pick-up.
*For delivery, handling fee for multiple devices is 1,100JPY one way.

Earliest Delivery Time: Next Day Before Noon
Device can be shipped on the same day if reservation is received by 1:00pm

For urgent orders, we can ship out the device on the same day if your reservation is completed by 1:00pm. You can also select a preferred delivery date and time.
*Due to severe weather or traffic conditions, your delivery may be delayed.
*For islands such as Okinawa or Hokkaido, delivery times can take two or more days.
Airport Counters
Pick up your WiFi device at one of our counters in major Japanese airports to begin using it as soon as you arrive. There is a 550 JPY pick-up fee, which is billed with the rest f your rental fee.
