When returning to the airport counter, it is not necessary for customers to contact us.
Your rental end date will be the date on which we receive the equipment.

  • ※ There is a 550 JPY (tax included) delivery fee for each return.
  • ※ For delivery, handling fee for multiple devices is 1,100JPY one way.
  1. Make sure you send your WiFi device on the last day of your reservation.
    *Beware of final collection hours when you make your reservation. For example, if the final collection hour at hour hotel is 5:00PM, and your reservation is until January 5th, and you ask your hotel staff to send your WiFi device at 9:00PM on January 5th, it will count as being sent on January 6th. Therefore you would need to make your reservation until January 6th.
  2. Please use the Yamato shipping slip included in your pouch to return your device. This is prepaid, and if you use another shipping company, we will not be able to refund you.
  3. Make sure the shipping company writes on the shipping slip when they will ship the device, and when their estimated delivery date is.
  4. If you do use another shipping company or regular mail, please make sure they write the shipping date on the shipping slip.
  5. If you do use a shipping company that does not write the shipping date on the shipping slip, we will adjust your reservation date to the date we receive the WiFi device, and bill you as such.

① Confirmation of the returned devices

To confirm everything in your possession and to account for, cables, manuals, wifi routers. Also make sure you know where and when to return everything.

※The packaging may differ depending on the type of the terminal and application details.

② Packaging

When receiving our products they might come in a box or delivery bag. Please use the same packaging when shipping our products back to us.

※Please don't apply a delivery invoice directly on the bag.

③ Invoice

For returns through the mail please include an invoice that has your name, address and telephone number.

※You will initially get a invoice from us, but if you will be using a different courier service please use their forms.

④ Shipping

There are a variety of ways to have the products shipped to us. You can use a shipping agency, convenience store with a shipping counter, or have it picked up from your place of residence.(※)
More information for the pick up service, please ask the each home

※If you want to have a pick up scheduled , there is a phone number on the shipping invoice. So please call them to set up a pick up time.

Return at airport counter

You can return your WiFi device in the return boxes at any of our counters in major Japanese airports.These boexes follow airport business hours.
Make sure all your rental equipment is inside the pouch it came in, or it won't be considered returned.
There is a 550 JPY pick-up fee, which is billed with the rest f your rental fee.

▼Return time

Please confirm the counter business hours of each airport counter prior pickup/return. Return Box is available to selected airport counter at selected airport. It is possible to return through Return Box. Any return through return box for more than one day, return date will be counted as previous date.

Airport counter porch is needed upon return at airport counter. Prior application is requested if you return directly at airport counter.

  • ※Airport counter porch is needed upon return at airport counter. Return at airport counter without airport counter porch is not acceptable.
  • ※Please return the wifi set together with airport counter porch. Penalty incured for any incomplete item/lost items.
