Pick-ups and returns are available in Taiwan and Hong Kong. We only offer delivery services for pick-ups and returns in Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Rental Process
Your device will be delivered one day prior to your flight to Japan.
Payment date is different for different credit card companies.
To pick up in Hong Kong
Reservation Deadline
To pick up your device with delivery service in Hong Kong. Please apply at
least 2 days before the pick-up date.
We do not accept last-minute reservations. Please reserve your device as early as
possible.
Please refer to the chart below if your reservation is completed {today}.

If you were not able to receive your device due to severe weather or traffic conditions, you
can still pick up your device in an airport counter.
Reservations on Friday/Saturday/Sunday
If a reservation is received after 1:00pm on a Friday or during the weekends, it will be processed on the following business day.
●If an applicaton is received between 13:00 on Friday and Sunday, the delivery schedule will be as the following chart.
Preferred Time of Delivery
With delivery services, you can choose a preferred time of delivery during the day.
You can pick a rough delivery time to suit your schedule.

How to return by Delivery Services
Please return the device using the included pre-paid shipping slip no later than 12:00pm on the day after your return home.

If you are planning to return your device using delivery services.
* Please note that the day you send back the device will also be the last day of
service.
* Please use a carrier that keeps record of shipment date and select an estimated delivery
date.
* Please use the prepaid shipping slip included in the equipment package to return the
package.If you used a carrier different than the
one from our prepaid shipping slip to send back the device. We will still not be able to
refund the return fee.
* Please do not use regular mail for returning because it does not have a record of the
shipment date.There are other carriers who does
not keep a record of shipment date. Please avoid using them.
* Please be aware that if we cannot verify the shipment date, then your last day of service
will be changed to the date we receive the
equipment.This means you will be charged rental fees during the transit of the equipment.
Please return your equipment according to
our instruction to avoid additional fees.
