or Tokyo(Shinjuku) counter in Japan.

Airport Counter Pick-up/Return Fees
There will be fees when picking up and returning using Airport Counters.
This fee will be combined with your rental fee and billed together.

Airport Counter Business Hours
Please double check the business hours of our airport counters before returning.
Some counters offer off-hour deposit boxes for returns.
If a return is received during off-hour, it counts as you returned it on the previous day.
Device Pouch
To return device at an airport counter, you are going to need to use the pouch that came with
your device.
If you plan to return your device at an airport counter, please select this option during
your reservation.
* We do not accept any returns if the equipment is not in the special pouch we
provided.
* Everything must be in the special pouch we provided in order to process the return.
A separate fee will be incurred if incomplete or missing items are returned.
